(when you use free proxy page or server it's better to be a bit paranoid about the data you will put inside.... for example email password, credit card number and so on... a free proxy could be a way to take users' personal data....)

it's the most easy way to open a blocked website...
but it easy even for government to find those website and so the address change frequently.

you need a ssh access to one computer outside the blocked country

it's a free to use vpn, it will open some advertisements, connection is not so fast but at least it's free.

VPN
just write VPN on google or other search engine and choose the one you like.
Normally the price starts from about 3 usd for month. Pay attention where those VPN have the servers, if they have one close the blocked country where you are it's better (so connecion will be faster) (i.e. Swiss and Italy)

University Account
Many Universities offers to their students and teachers a free proxy or vpn service. Check it out the homepage, in this way you can save money and normally the speed of the connection is pretty high.
